We currently have job openings for audit senior associates to join Holtzman Partners. Big Four experience is a plus and you must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of audit and consulting engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and investments
  • Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to both clients and engagement team members
  • Establish productive working relationships with client personnel to help ensure the efficient flow of information from the client to the audit team
  • Understand and execute the firm’s audit methodology. Use the firm’s audit tools to efficiently serve clients
  • Supervise audit staff on engagements and assist with their professional development
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, responsibility and integrity
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and upper management

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting; Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Experience in auditing commercial entities
  • Accounting, finance or other relevant degree
  • CPA or eligible to sit for the CPA exam
  • Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures
  • Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide high quality service
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical and research skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and supervisory experience
