WELLNESS COMMITTEE

Our Wellness Committee keeps us moving and healthy. They coordinate daily mid-day walks and monthly step challenges and get us involved in special events like field trips to donate blood, fitness competitions and weekend bike rides.

COMPENSATION

We offer competitive pay in addition to an annual bonus target that is tied to individual and firm performance. As an added benefit to our employees, a portion of their total compensation also consists of employer-paid 401(k) and health insurance contributions made on an annual basis.
