With more than 30 years of accounting and operations experience, Lisa’s role as Holtzman Partners’ COO means she is the ultimate multitasker when it comes to the administration and operations of the firm. Lisa manages the firm’s finance and accounting functions, including budgeting and forecasting, cash management, payroll, accounts payable and insurance. In addition, her team oversees the firm’s facilities. During her tenure, Lisa has helped Holtzman Partners more than double in size. Lisa began her career as an auditor at PriceWaterhouse in Dallas but spent most of her career in industry with companies ranging in size from small public entities to Fortune 500. She held a variety of positions in both the oil and gas and high tech industries, including controller of a public technology company. Lisa serves on the board of the Austin Junior Forum (AJF) and gives back to the community by volunteering her time with the various charitable groups that AJF supports.
Is there something about you that most people don’t know?
I went to the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta with my sister.
What is still on your bucket list?
An extended trip to Spain. I want to put my years of studying Spanish and learning about Spain’s history, art and architecture to good use.
What is your favorite thing to do in Austin?
Going to a UT football game on a beautiful fall day
What would be impossible for you to give up?
My UT football tickets; I’ve had them for over 25 years!
