Mya Kelly is a multi-faceted leader with over 15 years of human resources management and recruiting experience, across a wide range of industries. She specializes in M&A integration, talent acquisition, employee relations, training/counseling throughout all levels, benefits & compensation, change management, performance management, workforce planning, immigration, and HRIS system implementation. Kelly joined Holtzman Partners in 2018, leading the HR function which oversees the firm’s Total Rewards Program, employee engagement initiatives, training and development, recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance. Most recently, she has provided strategic guidance and support for several organizational planning and development initiatives, including the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity Initiative. Kelly is a graduate of Texas Southern University and holds her professional HR certification with SHRM. She also serves as co-vice president on the board for AHRMA (Austin SHRM affiliate).
