Four members of the Holtzman team attended the summit and luncheon held at the Rowling Hall on the University of Texas at Austin campus. The LEAD Summit (Learn | Explore | Act | Develop) was a one-day event that combined both learning and action. The goal of the summit was to create positive change by educating and connecting young professionals with influential business leaders, the community and each other.

In addition to providing attendees with breakout sessions and speakers, the Summit also included the ChangeMaker Luncheon, during which the ChangeMaker award winners were recognized. The awards ceremony paid tribute to those who are doing extraordinary things to make our community a better place. ChangeMakers are thought-leaders and do-ers who create innovative solutions to community or industry challenges. They identify the need for change, and through their inspiring efforts, proactively and successfully make that change happen.
